• Owner of AGR International Business Development Ltd. a company based and active in several real estate projects in Israel, specifically new developments of buildings in Tel Aviv

• Our investment story began in 2014, we started investing in Single Family Residence mostly Buy and Hold and Buy-Fix-Sell. Following over 130 personal investments for us and for our investors we began investing in Multi Family investments since 2017.

• We have a total of 5 multi-Family complexes ranging from 20 units and up to 140 units with our local partner (see attached pictures and locations)

• In 2019 we started investing in Thessaloniki – renovating and furnishing about 40 apartments (commercial spaces in the city-center)

• Wholesaling company in USA where we sell contracts for local investors for 2 years now

• Nir and Dasi also hold an Academy “Pashut Osim Nadlan” where we teach Israeli investors how to become real estate entrepreneurs in the USA, and we also Mentor some of them One on One as an advance course

• In conclusion, we have done investments accumulating to over 40M Euro, some of the projects
are about to finish and others still in progress as now.
